+ ​Will you work outside of San Diego or the United States?

Yes, of course. I’m well-traveled and highly experienced in working remotely and globally. I can perform your growth audit virtually and/or travel to your headquarters around the world and satellite locations for on-site interviews. If travel is requested, details will be agreed upon prior to start.

+ Is my company too small/too big? What type of companies do you work with?

I generally work with private SMEs (small to medium-sized enterprises) or private companies in the lower end of the middle market. They have between 10 - 250 employees (or up to 400 if it includes manufacturing) who want to double digit growth in the next 1 - 3 years. I’m more involved in your day-by-day, step-by-step, lever-by-lever company growth than a consultant. I take a high-touch, hands-on, personalized approach, and your delivery is more customized and in-depth than a consulting company provides. I’ve worked with multiple companies in varying industries around the world. I’ll present solutions that fit your company culture, goals, and needs, and I’ll be right there with you throughout the growth process.

I’ve worked for 25+ years all over the world and with many different consumer goods and business-to-business companies. My portfolio is diverse, including small, private companies, family-owned startups, and well-known global brands. What is common among them is their desire and commitment to growth.

With in-depth analysis of your company's financials and data, and 1:1 interviews with key people in and outside of your business, I’m able to present precisely what you need to do more of (and what you need to do less of) and how you can implement implement your proven plan of growth.

With 25+ years of experience, I don’t deliver hypothetical—I’ve done the actual work and gotten the results, firsthand, multiple times. I am not a fancy consultant or a theorist that gives you over thought and hard-to-follow models, copyrighted tools, or speeches and books. I’m practical, experienced, and I’ve done it. I have helped companies achieve multi-million dollar revenue growth and double-digit profitability improvement using my process and growth-lever expertise.
